Margherita - Half Sausage

Notes: The crust around the perimeter was not crisp, but rather dense and chewy. The tomato sauce and cheese were delicious. The sausage (which M wanted) amounted to a rather sparse sprinkle. Based on the smal sliver of that part of the pie I tasted, the sausage was o.k.
