I've got my hackerspace passport. Now I just need to start travelling again so I can visit some other hackerspaces.

Using a motion stage (here, a laser cutter with the laser disabled) to guide the camera's built-in panoramic photo function, it's possible to take very long "photos" with substantial ultimate resolution, far in excess of the camera's native resolution.

Using Canon 10D, arduino, and various bits of bailing wire... we cobbled together a time delay camera rig and captured 24 hours of life at NYCR from friday into saturday.
