I can highly recommend that film from my heart, as well as "One more Time with Feeling".

Nick Caves concert should have taken place in Berlin in May 2020, and I am still very sad that it had to be cancelled.

Le menhir de Lostmarc'h est le seul rescapé d'alignements sur la falaise, mais son emplacement est somptueux....

Situé sur la falaise de Lostmarc'h, à 200 m du village, ce menhir est visible de très loin, de la mer comme des terres.

Il mesure près de trois mètres de haut et est la dernière pierre debout d'alignements beaucoup plus importants dont vous verrez quelques traces aux alentours.

D&H 7411 is the trailing unit on a D&H Eastbound that is heading down to the shops for fuel in Hornell, NY on April 22, 1979. Eastbounds would cut off from their train at West Ave. and run down to the fueling area. It presented many opportunities for short cab rides.

No idea about the age of this little rather rusty tin box.

Its a nearly 3.5cm sized cube, so its pretty small.

The lid pulls off but if there were any contents they are long gone.

I think the box was an advertising item produced for the biscuit makers 'Huntley & Palmers' in Reading England The four sides and the top list a different type of biscuit, so I can't imagine that it ever contained any of them.

The box was given to me several years ago as a Birthday present and is treasured as such.

D&H 5004 leads a pair of GP39-2's on an Eastbound freight on the Southern Tier at Swain, NY on February 24, 1980. I was trying out one of the new high speed Ektachrome's, not sure if it was 200 or 400 speed. The day was abysmal and started out in Binghamton. We got the one and only D&H train that was going to run that day and headed back West towards home. We got a Conrail train working at Baker Street in Corning, then intercepted this train coming into Dalton. We got a couple pics, here at Swain, and again at Canseraga, then called it quits. Some days you could put on a lot of miles with very little to show for it, but that is part of the hobby.
