I wanted to sign up for dance - but because I'd done gymnastics before they stuck me in there when the dance class was too full! Never did take dance. I was a terrible gymnast (too tall!). Why did they think I signed up for dance instead??

Well, for my health I like to go to the gym so this morning I had a workout on the cross trainer for 45 minutes before my Spin Class, which is for 45 minutes ... then home!!

This afternoon I walked 15 kilometres which is just over 9 miles so I guess I keep myself healthy by keeping fit as much as I can and I do my best to eat healthy!
