Wasabi leaf (わさび菜)

Broccoli, spinach (ちぢみゆきな), purple cabbage, sprouts, and some dressing with walnuts, sesame seeds, ginger, cayenne pepper, coriander, turmeric, cinnamon, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar, along with coconut milk, kiwi, and soaked raisins.

Avocado, apples, grapes, walnuts, raisins, and coffee.

 

Apples seem to go well with grapes.

Red cabbage, sprouts of red cabbage, romanesco broccoli, spinach, kiwi, grapes, avocado, and bananas.

 

Bacterial strains in the guts of humans and chimpanzees diverged and began to evolve separately 5 million years ago and 15 million years ago in humans and gorillas. Humans and apes evolved into a new specie at about the same time. A mutually beneficial relationship between gut bacteria and animal hosts may contribute to the formation of a new species.

This is really creamy and tastes terrific.

 

Sauce:

Soy milk, avocado, walnuts, sesame seeds, daikon radish, ginger, garlic, cayenne pepper, turmeric, coriander, cinnamon, soysauce, and apple cider vinegar

[Just grind sesame seeds and some others and blend them up]

 

Pasta and mushroom:

Organic spelt, whole wheat pasta (by Alce Nero)

Eryngii

[While the pasta is being cooked, steam the mushroom in a colander on the same pot]

 

Herb and veggies:

Rosemary, cavolo nero (lacinato kale), spinach, red onion
