These are my favourite guitar strings. The packaging is very easy to see on the wall.

Numbers on my photostream are way low from the earlier days. I think people do not want to come by the stream and would rather just thank you than take some time to visit.

Those that I notice not dropping by I will stop visiting you. If it is not reciprocal then what is the point here?

This is a picture from the bridge of my Resonator guitar. I have been using it for some slide parts in some new songs of mine. It sounds a bit like a Dobro if anyone knows what that is.

The subject are Guitar strings. 2 light sources. Natural sunlight through glass doors and a small LED torch light at 10 o'clock. The direct sunlight caused the guitar string to appear like cone beams.

I had to recently re-string my 12 string guitar and with the excess bits you cut off I collected them, ran it through Topaz Glow and viola. Pretty 1960's I want to do drugs kind of image.....lol

Macro Mondays: Musical instrument

Unfortunately, the neck of my guitar broke, and I mean, completely broke. Not sure how that can happen, but I'm hoping it can be glued together again. But maybe it's like Humpty Dumpty, and all the kings horses and all the king's men...well, you know....

Anyway, I thought I should photograph it with the strings loose and flying everywhere. After all, everything is a photographic opportunity :)
