Our old guinea pig Pogs died on Wednesday and we had to get another little pig to keep Pickle company, so far introductions are not going very well.
Orlando, my cute 3 year old guinea pig, he lives togeher with a guinea pig girl "Joy". I tried to take a photo of Joy too - but she didn't want to be photographed :(
Playing in the evening (that's why the colour is a bit off) It's getting dark at about 4pm now...chilly, horrible winter!
He is getting old, bless him, but he is still such a poser! (he is about 8 years old)
My lovely Amber was diagnosed with a bladder stone. I found light colored blood in her urine when I changed her bedding about a little more than a week ago. Then the urinated blood continued for a few days and it got worse when she started to squeak when she urinated (it sounded painful!). I took her to the vet and she has been on antibiotics for a week now and her urine is clear but I want to make sure her infection is totally gone. (One more week of medicine to go.)
