Guggenheim Bilbao - Espagne

And so we come to the interior of the Guggenheim. Generally photography of the artwork is not allowed.
There were 3 significant exhibitions on 1 permanent 2 temporary
1) a temporary video gallery of films about Threads by Kimsooja of Korea which was very good . I particularly liked the film about the Andes having been there myself. It was obviously not a photographic subject in itself even if it had been allowed
www.guggenheim.org/bilbao/exhibitions/threadroutes
2) a fabulous permanent space dedicated to the work of Richard Serra which I would of loved to have photographed but it wasn't allowed
www.guggenheim.org/new-york/collections/collection-online...
3) a large temporary exhibition being a retrospective of the American Jeff Koons work for which photography for non commercial use was allowed
4)and of course there was the interior of the building itself as you see here and the people inside which you could photograph
So the next selection will all be from 3 and 4 above
