It was sunny so I decided to play with the nd filter to soften the image. There's another section of the falls to the left where the sun was pretty harsh so I came up with this oddball comp.

Some of the stunts what I were pulling today were w1ck3d 51ck. I'm also awesome on my bike.

Lampist: Desk lamp with R50 camera left and clip light with Philips extractor hood 40W open bulb camera right, both pointing at subject slightly towards camera on full power. No, hang on, I turned the clip light off.

Can you guess where it is? I am sure you can :-)))

As the weather forecast has predicted, it has started snowing around noon here...which is annoying...as I need to drive to work tomorrow...

I have been to this spot many times. Often in heavy rain. Thing is it’s not far from a Lakeland town, that we often go to when the weather isn’t suitable for anything else (well with kids anyway). So who knows the spot? I’m sure there has been much a tripod shuffling going on here…

Might be easier by looking at the larger size, but I'm thinking this might be a tough one.

It's been over ten years since I added this house to the Guess Where NYC group and the location still hasn't been guessed. On W. 169th between Audubon and Amsterdam.

Take yesterday's pic and rotate yourself 90 degrees to the right. Now, wait about 20 minutes. This is what you'll see.

The clouds were coming around us at the edges, leaving us under open sky. But in the distance they waited, and blocked the sun.

I really like the golden colors here...
