I want to wish my sister Melody a very Happy Birthday! Sorry you always got "robbed" of gifts when you were little cause your b'day was so close to Christmas. Guess What This is?

I captured this image with a Raynox DCR250 on a Sigma 150mm Macro with my Nikon D610 DSLR. It was captured at about 1/1600 seconds, f/7.1, ISO 320 and would be probably more than 1:1 magnification. Curious if you can guess what it is from based on the wafer thin depth of field which is in focus?

52 Weeks of Pix: Shadow

ODC1: Arranged; had planned to look for outdoor natural shadows, but too cold! This shadow arranged by something.

I should probably add some explanation to this series. The assignment was "i see what you don't see" ("ik zie ik zie wat jij niet ziet" in Dutch) and the theme was my other big passion; music and vinyl in particular.
