Audi R8 LMS Ultra (5.2 L FSI 2×DOHC Audi V10) Caught out in a late afternoon downpour. In Australia we don't do light showers, they are usually torrential downpours with strong winds and sometimes hail.
A lot of cars at this stage took the opportunity for a pitstop, usually for wet weather tyres (tires) or intermediates - like the Audi in the background. Hallmarc Racing No.9 (finished 5th) kept going - with their additional ventilation from missing panels (on both sides!(

Eberhard Baunach's Porsche 935 spits flame as he turns into Fagnes - Classic Endurance Racing, Spa 1000km, May 2009
Today I am in pensive mood.
I walk about my day, drifting.
I do not know, or understand,
The circumstance that has brought me to this point.
But I am here, drifting-
I do not feel,
I am not aware.
I only exist, and that in thought.
I eat, I breathe, reflecting.
I do not know, or understand,
My being, here.
I drift.

McLaren F1 GTR 06R - not often you spot a car on the street that finished the 24Hrs of Le Mans in 3rd place overall. It's original livery it still wears today was inspired by love for Ayrton Senna. Simply amazing!!
This is GTR 12R which won the BPR Endurance Championship in 1996. Since 1997 it has been road registered in the UK. This one wears my most favorite livery of all those applied to an F1 GTR and to see it in person last year during the F1 Owner's Club 20th Anniversary Tour in Italy was most definitely one of those 'dream come true' moments.
