So today I decided to sow some seeds in my containers. This could have been a great idea, but apparently New England isn't quite sure if it's spring yet. We may be expecting snow next week. Oh and it was 70 degrees and gorgeous today! The weather fluctuations can be pretty crazy here. Guess I just have to sit back, wait and see!🌱

I adore how life starts in the garden. Here are my Little Marvel Garden peas 💚

Having summer garden veggie scrambled eggs by the natural garden pond in our sunken terraced garden this morning.

It is such a liberating thing to be able to cook a dish that has everything grown from your own land. (Except for eggs, I got all my eggs from my wonderful gardening friends now).

I'm a little obsessed with flowers. I always have been. It's the vibrant colours and unusual shapes of the petals. There's so many varieties to choose from and even the local wildflowers have always attracted me. I'm lucky that Tony has a gorgeous garden so even in winter i get the opportunity to enjoy them. My favourite thing about weddings would be when the bouquets arrived, some brides choices were just amazing. I'll share some of them along the way.

francescayoubetcha: Bakers creek- the plant seems to be making all twinsies.

2dirtyhoes: Weird. We got ours from seedsnow. Did it get really hot where you are?

francescayoubetcha: Oh hell yes. I'm in Austin Texas, so hot hot hot.

francescayoubetcha: But none of the other squash on farm did that.

honeybee_hipster: Found you! : )

francescayoubetcha: @honeybee_hipster I'm easy to find... Just follow the trail of mud and wild cackling.

francescayoubetcha: @2dirtyhoes Did your squash that did this do it consistently? It's interesting to see that fasciation seems to be a mutation, not just a one-off thing.

The first tulip has finally bloomed! Looks like it made it through the cold snap that hit New England earlier this month. Love the soft butter yellow tone of this pretty flower!
