I’ve met a lot of 4yo girls, but none who was as comfortable in front of the camera and could take direction as Delaney. Most girls her age are 90% silliness and 10% normal. For the hour+ we shot, she did exactly as I asked. Even though it sounded strange to look off camera and smile at a random object, she did it well. I asked her to give me “church giggles” and I got them. She was that total package of cuteness and maturity. She could easily be in TV. Never know, maybe she will.

Used the photo cube but was kind of disappointed because it came up in the same order I usually scrap: 1. photo 2. title 3. story 4. design 5. little stuff. I wanted to cheat but I didn't:) I knew the photo would be one I have been wanting to scrap of a cocoa day. I have several of this photo op but the fav has to be the one where the kids surprised me with crazy faces. Go figure, if I had tried to get them all to pose it never would have happened. To make it challenging I decided to take my design from the first page that came up in Pinterest. It was fun page by Jann Sturmer. I loved jasheplers font in her last LOAD page so I used that same type here for the title.
The happy couple so many years later.
