Airport Art from the new Terminal 3 in Jakarta’s Soekarno-Hatta airport. This picture caught my eye last trip through the airport. I thought it was of Dipa Nusantara Aidit, and Semaun - important and founding members in Indonesia's Communist Party. I found out later some of the images caused quite a stir and some of the paintings were removed: nowjakarta.co.id/taking-peek-censored-art
Apparently this is not Dipa Nusantara Aidit, and Semaun but the first Indonesia President Ir. Soekarno and Vice President Dr. Moh.Hatta ! Airport namesakes! THANKS LINA! (see comments) The article RE art censorship at the airport shows this image and mentions Dipa Nusantara Aidit, and Semaun so I assumed that's who it was - still a great painting no matter who it is!
Thank you for making me laugh, making me cry, inspiring me and for being one of a kind and amazing. You'll be missed so much but you'll never be forgotten.

An old Russian tradition: newlywed groom's parents are greeted with bread and salt. Biting the bread in turn, whose piece will be more, he and the head of the family:) This is a joke, but it is very fun guests..This tradition is very many years old. Bread and salt always met the most expensive guests in Russia. The combination of bread and salt played an exceptionally capacious character: bread expressed the desire for wealth and well-being, and salt was considered an amulet capable of protecting a person from hostile forces and influences. The hospitality of the guest with bread and salt established between him and the host a relationship of affection and trust; It is not for nothing that it says: "The king does not refuse bread and salt."
