The first step to preventing cyberbullying is to target the schools. The government would take action by forming a law that would make anti-cyberbullying organizations mandatory in schools. In doing this, it will give students a safe zone to discuss their experiences as well as learn more about ways to prevent it for themselves and their friends. These clubs would be government funded. These clubs would "create a school climate in which students feel encouraged and comfortable reporting any and all forms of cyberbullying to a responsible adult."

The Guinea-Bissau National Mine Action Authority hosted a National Stakeholders Dialogue on Victim Assistance to discuss the new strategy for persons with disabilities including mine survivors. The Dialogue was sponsored by the European Union. All photos can be used within the context of the work of the Convention and credited to the Mine Ban Convention ISU.
