My colleagues and I have a golf afternoon in fancy dress (don't ask). As with so many things in life it seemed like a good idea at the time.
Groundwork USA is a nonprofit organization that works on behalf of a national network of Groundwork trusts, including Groundwork Anacostia. Groundwork trusts are nonprofits established across the U.S. in places that have experienced decades of decline in their physical and social environments. Their mission is to foster and awaken the potential of these neighborhoods by working with communities to improve their physical environment.
