Konro is an Indonesian ribs originated from Buginese and Makassarese of South Sulawesi. Usually was made with ribs or beef as main ingredient. Above my menu is grilled ribs marinated and coated in spices typical to konro soup.

My friend Mike sent these back from Taiwan (thanks, dude!), and they were pretty good. A little sweet and Dorito-y for me, but tasty and fairly exotic. They were also in the shape of christmas trees instead of regular triangles. Grade: B-.
