This was the plaster carving along the Maha Nak bridge. I do wonder why she's so sad.... Anyone can tell me??

Fun Facts:

Do fill me in on the story behind this here

This was to release grief in relation to the deaths of my parents; to losing contact with my paternal and maternal relatives including the deaths of some relatives; to pets I've loved and lost of the years; to friends with whom I've lost contact over the years. I needed to do this in order to wind up this part of my life and move onto the next cycle. You can't see it on the photo, but I created knots on strings to represent each person or animal, with each string representing the strand of losses explained above. The string has been strung through a Paua bead and glued to the painting.

When Kyle realized that Aderson was dead.. he was devastated. He was like a father to him. Every time he had to mourn one of his closest friends the burden became harder and harder.
