Personal Comments: Please ignore the green flecks. I think Rupee must have travelled a little (see what I mean when I say it just gets all over me??). Housewife is part of the Fullmetal collection and is a taupe-y grey shade that looks almost foiled even when applied wet. It's not glittery but does have a shimmer to it. I had a couple bagged samples that I threw into this jar so sadly I don't have the sticker to show you. Applied over Urban Decay Primer Potion and Fyrinnae Pixie Epoxy. Pictures taken indoors under a bright daylight bulb.
Eu estou um pouco preocupada com o futuro da Humanidade, pois usei um esmalte com essa corzinha de nada e não odiei???//?/? Eu acho que o Playa del Platinum é greige, porém posso estar enganada. O pior é que, só pra me contrariar, o desgraçado é o que tem a melhor fórmula dessa coleção: ele tem aqueles brilhinhos à la Colorama, que deixa o esmalte mais maleável e não mancha. Fiquei com ele sozinho na unha um dia, pois passei tarde da noite já, pra variar, dessa vez nem tentei carimbar, meu plano era passar o Algodão Doce desde o começo. Gostei por ele ser azul clarinho e achei que ficou uma mani fofa, quem sabe o Playa rende mais combinações no futuro??/?//?
The Architecture full/double TALL bed frame is new (as are the tray and the corner of a table on the wall behind the bed), from the Room & Board Parsons collection--my absolute favorite style and material, METAL.
Then I found the patterned and textured fabrics at ANATOL'S HOUSE FABRICS online and ordered from them in Missouri. At this time, the fabrics are still as purchased, not sewn. The coverlet will be the 54" wide coal and greige zebra low pile jacquard velvet cut to fit around the corner posts of the bed with flaps hanging flat only to cover the sides and support rails, lined with a durable much-thinner-slick fabric....this zebra print can endure 50,000 double rubs so it is not high maintenance. The black-flocked white canvas bird print is laid across a full-body pillow, going entirely across the bed, as does its 54" wide fabric. I plan to seam it across its width and have both ends hemmed but left open so I can pull the pillow into it as a sleeve, an easy change out. Then the two down pillows 14 x 20 are wrapped vertically by panels of the jacquard snakeskin print. Again, the shown print forms open ended sleeves, which I will hem with ribbons at the edges. Perhaps add a horizontal solid-color lightweight fabric sleeve beneath the snakeskin wrap, so only the four corners of the pillows remain exposed. (I like flat and simple sewing projects ....easy to change out, easy to keep wrinkle free ... versatile.

Fiquei na maior dúvida quando fui escolher a mani (inclusive essa não foi a minha 1ª opção e logo mais explico o que houve) e o que me ajudou foi um desafio que ela fez no qual usou várias películas da Lalá que eu adoro e tinha parecidas, então aproveitei!

Sobre a Mani, minha primeira opção era a da película de ursinho. Comecei passando o Crochê, da Impala (porque não tenho mais o TB Amarula) e o Canto dos Pássaros no anelar, mas estraguei a película, então fui para a 2ª opção. Por cima de 1 camada do Crochê eu passei 1 do Melancia, que já cobriu direitinho. Nos anelares eu coloquei as películas por cima de 2 camadas do CDP. Meu Mágico, da Dote, estava cheio de glitter prata, então substituí pelo Pop Up, da Colorama. Finalizei tudo com um TC da Nina Ultra Pro.

!Hola, chicas! Estou um pouco ausente essa semana por motivos pessoais, mas ainda vou passar na galeria de todas, ver todas as fotos e comentar! Passei por um problema terrível, mas já se resolveu. Mas, falando do esmalte, o Playa del Platinum era um dos meus sonhos esmaltísticos. Era o último que faltava usar da Resort Collection e achei muito lindo, como toda a coleção.

EDEN- Jerry Walker Holland Sr., 62, of 518 Patrick Street, died Tuesday morning, April 25, 2006, at Morehead Memorial Hospital.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Haizlip Family Cemetery.
Mr. Holland was born in Rockingham County to the late George Walker and Madylin Jefferson Holland. He was a member of First Baptist Church. Mr. Holland was a graduate of Rockingham Community College and a graduate of Young Executives Institute at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He was the plant manager at the Bedspread Greige Mill and the Decorative Bedding Plant on New Street in Eden. He retired from Fieldcrest Cannon in 1987. Following his retirement, he joined his son in their family building business until 1996, when he established Piedmont Rental Center, Inc., in Eden. Mr. Holland was a perfect husband and always a wonderful father and best friend.
Surviving are wife Martha Hazlip Holland of the home; son Jerry Holland Jr., and wife Rhonda of Eden; grandchildren, Jerry Walker Holland III of Eden and Jessica Holland of Eden; sister Faye Simel and husband Dr. Paul Simel of Greensboro; brother-in-law Dr. Thomas Hazlip Sr., and wife Delores of Raleigh; sister-in-law Ann Weaver of Greensboro; nephews, Dr. Thomas Hazlip Jr., of Banner Elk, Mark Pace of Clemmons, Vic Lawson of Atlanta, Ga.; niece Dr. Julie Hazlip of Charlottesville, Va.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, John Wesley Hazlip.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Fair Funeral Home and other times at the home, 518 Patrick Street in Eden.
