The grow wild area in the centre of the village is looking wonderful at the moment, after a few days of rain followed by the return of the sun everything has burst into life. Had this shot turned out better it would have been a contender for this weeks Saturday Self Challenge, but as it was I only had my phone with me, this wouldn’t have been too much of an issue had it not been so windy, the bee was just landing on the poppy, which was being blown around, the result was nothing being quite as sharp as I would have liked. Fortunately I already have a Plan A for the Saturday Challenge.

Thank you for your visit and your comments, they are greatly appreciated.

Third lake of Naltar valley, GB Pakistan

What can I say about this beautiful lake, it was jaw dropping, mind blowing beauty. The weather in front of me was so dynamic. There were clouds, there was sun, there were colors in the sky.

For a moment I just could not understand how many seasons am I gonna witness in one moment.

This place is magic!

“All roads are tough, but you have to choose the one you know you'll never be sorry for taking.”

― Chris Burkmenn

Corona and lockdown has pushed me back to the old memories, the memories I want to refresh every moment of my life.

This year, I am planning for atleast three different tours in three different seasons. It will be difficult for me to arrange time as family and job has to be given priority. But the things that go around #Passion would make their place itself. Hopefully this time and onwards, I will have an upgrade to D850 and 14-24 F2.8. Think what would be the renderings.... #NextLevel

steaming up from the warm greenry

The three smaller trees in this view have now all been cut down by the National Park Service. I believe these trees died as a result of the use of herbicides around this location in front of the frontier cabin on the LBJ National Historical Park Settlement.

Is this the creative Peter Riedel who has created many rock sculptures throughout the Greater Toronto Area?

This breath taking beauty is reached after a 30-40 minute hike from the second lake. A must see thing on the planet, eye soothing scenes.

Also for me there are stories to tell as I climbed up the hill (on the right side) to have somestunning photos on an edged rock. My guide was not happy at all at this and we even had a huge quarrel as we came down. Anyways, the stories are long, enjoy the scenic beauty.

A road side mosque in Kashmir, Pakistan. The design of this peaceful, pure and silent mosque is different from traditional mosques.

From kashmir's lush greenry, we have landed in the dry desert. Yes this is a different world.

I'm constantly here at this park as you could see through my photostream and it is so nice to see something different and positive at the same time!

Looks like someone was busy Sunday evening when these sculptures were discovered Monday morning on the Humber river near the Old Mill. Everyone was scambling to find out who did it when the artist uncovered his identity by revealing himself to the Star.

"It was a real thrill to see it in the paper," Riedel told the Toronto Star. "It was a nice way to wake up with a coffee."

Riedel started balancing rocks a few years ago when he saw a man doing it in Vancouver's English Bay "I find it a really nice way to relax and get a bit of a workout at the same time," he said.

I think he meant to say, "Creating sculptures at dusk is the only way to alleviate the throbbing pain of losing my one true love."

It's amazing how some of these can stand upward the way they do. Lets hope this stays on the river for a long time! We need more Peter Riedels in this world! A true passionate artist!

My first attempt at vertorama. Its different as compared to normal

vertoramas because it was not captured with a very wide angle lens.

All done manually with GIMP. Picture alligning, joining all manually done.

Fighting the sun at the Soudah

I would drive by this farm almost daily and it would look just so beautiful that i couldn't resist and one day I brought my camera while on the way and stopped by. Took this amazing photo and I was not only inspired by the beauty of it, but i'm also glad that I can share this photo on flickr :)

Stopping at Jalkhad to freshen for further adventures of Lulusar and beyond should be a MUST. The fabulous view is an exotic adventure in its own class. Plus there are restaurants, masjid, and very fresh water in your access and you can definitely try some fishing

The ponds are at summer level now, revealing the lush, green grass and plants that are hidden by high water in the winter. The huge flocks of geese left for the North some time ago, and those that nested here have their young families safe in the bulrushes on some of the back ponds that are difficult to access. Even so, there are still a few ducks on this small pond, and a deer was seen on the opposite side grazing on the greenry. This is a very refreshing place to visit and meditate.

I've walked a lot in the mountains. And as you come to a new valley, as you come to a new landscape, you have a certain view. If you stand still, the landscape doesn't necessarily tell you how big it is. It doesn't really tell you what you're looking at. The moment you start to move the mountain starts to move.

Rama Lake and Meadows, GB Pakistan

==================================

#GilgitBaltistan #Northern Areas #Pakistan

We made it to the beautiful Rama lake at perhaps a very good time. The sun was setting, and I was in a damn hurry to cover this beauty from all angles possible. Impossible indeed. The diminishing sunlight, the clouds, the murky reflection all joined to make quite a romantic mood actually.

I had taken all the shots here in bracketing mode. made HDRs in Lightroom and then stitched into Panorama in Lightroom again.

The HDRs were good and I am happy with my work provided the entry-level DX camera, a cheap lens, no tripod, local guide in an always hurry, no photo friendly mood, and.... yes that's pretty much all challenges :)

For me, the meaning of "Natural Beauty" is a landscape with some clouds, pure reflections, textured mountains, serenity in the air and feeling of freedom.
