Green is the prime color of the world !

Road trip along North Cascades Highway
(North Cascades National Park - Washington State)
Possibly! Usually our city has a white Christmas 80%, but right now the "expert" are saying that we have more chance of having no snow this year. I hope they are wrong, as it would make for nice shots to finish off the 365.
350/365 15 to go!
I love orange. And blue. All shades of blue. Yellow is lovely, too. And don't forget red. But you know... green. Green is really, really nice. You know what? I think I love my world to be colourful :)

A beautiful green valley seen on Wild Dog Road, near Apollo Bay, Vic.
Whenever we visit Apollo Bay, we always go for a drive up this winding gravel road... the scenery is beautiful!
Rough green snakes are a tree-dwelling species found throughout the Chesapeake Bay region; frequently climbing in low vegetation near water. They are non-venomous with a very docile disposition. Called “rough” because of their rough-looking scales that cover their bright green bodies. These serpents are also skillful swimmers.

Translucent wing
Take me on the wind translucent wing
reluctant journey neigh
vibes attenuate sigh
colliding acoustics oft do let me sing
Impassionate vivid green flavoured dew drops
perched impossibly, adorn the theatre of the mind
Arouse curiosity beyond the gentle refrain
one's fervent passions never cease to sustain

LNER class V2 no. 60800 'Green Arrow' is seen heading north towards Colton Junction with the 'Scarborough Flyer'. I believe the date to be 12 September 1999, the train being steam hauled from Hull to Scarborough via York.
Straight out of the camera...
For some reason those small plants make me sleepy, slowly hypnotizing...
Homasassa Springs Wildlife Park
Homasassa, Florida
This beautiful park is a refuge for injured or disabled native Florida animals to be treated and if possible released back into the wild. The ones who can't be are sent to various zoos or cared for here by their excellent staff.
Surprised to find this small caterpillar - not much left for it to eat on the stems that were being clipped back.
Wonder what he might turn into (if he doesn't end up a snack for a bird!)
UPDATE: thanks to social media and the generosity of experts sharing their knowledge - it is an angle shades moth caterpillar. And apparently they do overwinter as caterpillars, so lets hope it finds enough to keep going!
