Hi my flickr friends, hope all of you have great time I have not forgottenyo and flickr but there is so much difficuties to connect when you are around and in constant move. I have this opportunity now and want to say hi to all, not sure I will have line enough to coment all but I will try.
This is a shot of me after spending 8-10 hours out on the lake... kinda gritty and dark.. the way I felt after getting a fair amount of sun..lol.. Seriously, I was tired every night, but it was a good kind of tired one gets after spending a day with friends...

The Little Spider Hunter Bird is a species of long-billed nectar feeding birds that live in South Eastern Asia. Unlike typical sunbirds the males and females are very similar in their plumage, they have a distinctive long beak which other sunbirds don’t, the males have an all black beak but the female has a paler colour to the lower mandible. They enjoy being near nectar bearing trees and they are also very good at pollinating the plants they visit. They make their nests from cobwebs and vegetable fibre which they suspend under a banana leaf or similar broad leaf plants using spiders silk for glue and they normally lay two eggs.

A display at Newport Aquarium..located just outside of Cincinatti, Ohio... this was in their alligator exhibit area. It portrays a country home with a creek running in front of it, full of alligators.. there were many fine displays of this sort at Newport.. we had a great time!
