(8/31/15) our dusk to dawn light attracts insects which in turn attracts these guys to the house siding at night

It's a wonder they're ever spotted in the wild.

Hyla versicolor can be gray, green, or light brown and has the ability to slowly change its color.

I found this gray treefrog on the front screen door when I went to take the dogs out at 2:30 am.

It's hard to believe that a year ago, he was just a tadpole.
