Here are my first "drops" photos with my Sony's HX1!
The shutter speed was 4000 and i used a (ring) color filter (a blue one) , to enhance the blue color cup had already .. I hope you enjoy!

(6*(1+2))*(1+6)*20 = 2520
Small tetrahedral object:
(6*(1+2))*4 = 72
2520 + 72 = 2592 = 12^3 + 4*6^3
I set out to construct this object by seeing what the largest number of 2-layer hexagons I could use for the faces of an icosahedron was with my current magnet count. That turns out to be 7, which can be arranged nicely with one in the middle and 6 around it. I then played around with various ways of folding those larger hexagons up, and arrived at this.
It holds together reasonably well, but gravity pulls it down so that it's a bit squat when sitting on the table.
In other news, the pictures I took a few days ago of the soft truncated dodecahedron I made a video of didn't turn out, since the camera was unexpectedly in fixed focus mode. I might remake it some time if people would like to see some better pictures of it.
I have long been a fan of the photography of Miss Aniela, especially her levitation photos. This is my first attempt at creating something similar. I can see areas where I need to improve, but I think this is a decent first try.

Edited Hubble Space Telescope image of SDSS J1138+2754, a cluster of galaxies acting as a gravitational lens (the arc of light above the center of the image). Color/processing variant.
Original caption: Gravity is so much a part of our daily lives that it is all too easy to forget its awesome power — but on a galactic scale, its power becomes both strikingly clear and visually stunning. This image was taken with the NASA/ESA Hubble Space Telescope’s Wide Field Camera 3 (WFC3) and shows an object named SDSS J1138+2754. It acts as a gravitational lens illustrates the true strength of gravity: A large mass — a galaxy cluster in this case — is creating such a strong gravitational field that it is bending the very fabric of its surroundings. This causes the billion-year-old light from galaxies sitting behind it to travel along distorted, curved paths, transforming the familiar shapes of spirals and ellipticals (visible in other parts of the image) into long, smudged arcs and scattered dashes. Some distant galaxies even appear multiple times in this image. Since galaxies are wide objects, light from one side of the galaxy passes through the gravitational lens differently than light from the other side. When the galaxies’ light reaches Earth it can appear reflected, as seen with the galaxy on the lower left part of the lens, or distorted, as seen with the galaxy to the upper right. This data were taken as part of a research project on star formation in the distant Universe, building on Hubble’s extensive legacy of deep-field images. Hubble observed 73 gravitationally-lensed galaxies for this project.

It is difficult to explain the feeling of the experience on the Gravity Hill outside of Prosser, Washington. You drive up to the hill, which visually appears to be sloping up. You stop your car at the "START" line that someone has painted in the road, and shift your car into neutral. Then you take your foot off the brake, and like magic, your car starts to roll uphill. My wife and I were both skeptical as we were driving to this location, but then as the car continued to move "up the hill", she turned to me and asked, "How can this be happening?" As what was explained in several write-ups on the web, our car slowly crested the hill, and continued down the other side. The sensation is so good, we had to do it again!
