29th MAY, LONDON - Jim Webber and the Neo4J user group meet for a talk exploring powerful analytic techniques for graph data. Discovering some of the innate properties of (social) graphs from fields like anthropology and sociology. As well as how graph matching can be used to extract online business intelligence (for powerful retail recommendations). Good job this project was ahead of schedule - the graph couldn't cope with anything else. THAT is motivation to work faster. Raa.

Beginning (and end) of some hand-calculated notes on construction of a dodecahedron in Minecraft. Turns out to be way, way too tedious to bother with.

Compared to 2009 and 2008. My daily views pre-Coachella were half what they were last year, but the spike was similar (Yay 10K views!). It's interesting it ramped a day earlier. Last year the crescendo took an extra day to develop. We're getting faster at consuming our media.(Or is that more efficient?) Then, I got extra big bump that you can see when my photo of Zooey Deschanel got popular on Reddit.com a few days after the fest.

Looking down the barrel.

Ideas: Have students make a similar display for their own selected variables. Have students determine the calories and caffeine in a particular item or add a new item to the graph. Have students classify quadrants I, II, III, and IV (ex. quadrant I has high caffeine and high calories)

Maggie deployed a fix last week that mostly eliminated our #2 most common query.

Graphing with Graphing calculator Friends we know that anything whenever explained with the help of diagram or any pictorial representation then that can be better understood by any student. That’s why graphing of mathematical equation is also an important thing to learn. Today we are going to talk about graphing and graphing functions. Graphing is a way of representing any equation as its 2D representation or any linear shape on a plane surface with the help of co -ordinates which are determined by using the concept of X and Y intercept.

Since I'm limited to a 10-bit ADC, and I'm most interested in the 25ºC to 100ºC range (not going to be doing a lot of sous-vide outside that range, at least with water), this is about the best resolution I can manage with a typical thermistor.

Notice I didn't say anything about accuracy.
