I'm sure that little crack on the bowl is going to steel the show...

No grapes were injured during the photoshoot, they just gave a little w(h)ine...ok, bad joke!

Happy Weekend flickr friends : )

We have so many all over our property,

and I have pulled out so many over the Years.

The grapes are from the Summer.

Dionysus also spelled Dionysos, also called Bacchus, a nature god of fruitfulness and vegetation, especially known as a god of wine and ecstasy.

Wine was a religious focus in the cult of Dionysus and was his earthly incarnation. Wine could ease suffering, bring joy, and inspire divine madness.

If he somehow came to Pyles, he would probably like to be hosted here, with the green vine deeply rooted next to the blue door of the old stone house.

The white treasure in my garden

Grape Hyacinth (Muscari) in my garden.Have a great weekend everyone!

also this year the wine will be excellent

It was fun during a break between classes at Napa Valley College to walk up and down the rows of different varieties of grapes .

Muscari (Grape Hyacinth) in our garden. Far fewer this year because the squirrels have taking a liking to the bulbs and have been digging them up. Oh well it’s all about living with nature, I’ll plant some more (for them😂 )

Valley grape harvest is over...Raisins, wine grapes and table grapes done for another year. These are mostly table grapes except for the green which are wine.

♥ Thank you very much for your visits, faves, and kind comments ♥

Grape hyacinth flowers (Muscari), in a friend's yard. These flowers are small, perhaps 1 cm (1/3 inch) across.

Thanks for looking!

Isn't God a great artist?
