Hello everyone,
This is a hydrangea that's just beginning to flower. I snapped this in early summer at a local park.
Thanks a million for stopping by and for leaving me a comment. I do love hearing from you!
Have a wonderful day and weekend!

Just walking the dog while recovering from my illness, we came upon this magical scene in the woods. I don't know about Zak, but it lifted my spirit intensely. The light was wonderful and the trees ... well, they were so wonderfully graceful and welcoming with their beauty and silence. Had to 'paint' this scene ... and I hope you like it too. I always knew what I'd call this picture.
Here's a bit of music you might like too. I do - always have since I was introduced to it by my sons a few years back now. The whole album is terrific, by the same name - Grace.

Thank you so much, as always, for your faves, comments and kindness. I really appreciate it.

Wide-open. The idea is that God's habit of having little darlings and favourites leads to massive inequalities in terms of the distribution of divine grace. We can't leave such important things to God but must organise things ourselves. That mill could be a start.
As eastern Australia swelters in the second week of a heatwave, it's time for some cooling photos that have been too long in the archive.
Royal grace in black. A gorgeous historical outfit inspired by Ellie Monk's creation - a beautiful noble dress and hat.
Today's rose is 'Grace', an apricot coloured, fragrant, heritage rose. This is a David Austin rose.

So obviously 'Amazing Grace' is quite a famous song. There are SO many versions. This is a version by the Kingdom Choir, a gospel choir from London (who famously performed at the wedding of Princess Markle - my MOST favourite Royal).

A Swan, a lovely one.
I may be a bit random in the next couple of weeks and probably won't be around much.
Sorry to my lovely contacts and friends.
!! Y'all commented before I added my description !! ;-p
Grace is not part of consciousness; it is the amount of light in our souls, not knowledge nor reason.

A Manipur Fulvetta (Fulvetta manipurensis) was framed watching on its surroundings with a delightful posture. It looks extremely gracious against the beautiful backdrop with soothing greenish Bokeh. Everything was so perfect here, the pose, the lighting, the sharpness and the expression of the little bird sitting on a little twig around a clear ground - a combination for a perfect frame to remember long. Pics was taken from Mishmi Hills in Arunachal Pradesh, India.
