Gemaakt tijdens mtb-routes rondom Liginiac in de Corrèze (Limousin,
Frankrijk). Een heuvelachtig gebied waar je stevige klimmetjes en
snelle afdalingen tegenkomt, door de diverse gorges (waaronder de
Dordogne). De routes lopen over brede paden en mooie singletracks.
Asfalt kom je niet veel tegen, behalve in het dorp zelf. In Liginiac is
een Site VTT van de FFC, ‘Zig-Zag en Haute Correze’ genaamd, met in
totaal een dikke 500km aan mtb-routes. Ik heb er vorig jaar zomer een
aantal gereden vanaf camping Chantegrill. De bewegwijzering is heel
redelijk, maar op sommige punten was ik toch blij met de GPS. Vorig jaar
waren de GPS-data nog lastig te vinden op internet, maar inmiddels zijn
ze grotendeels te vinden op www.gpstracks-dordogne.nl. Foto: Guido van

Here's a Course I created on Garmin Connect and downloaded to my Garmin 310XT. I thought if I ran with the watch following the Course my track would do the same, not wandering off with an errant GPS signal. I was wrong, as you can see. Surely it should follow the track as my watch tells me to, and clearly knows I am.

The family took a little trip to the city from the resort. The bus
costs 50 cents. Ignore that bit of gps flakiness near the bottom there.
