Floating bamboo huts off the coast. I am not sure but assume these are shelters for fishermen and their gear.

Hippocampus denise, also known as Denise’s pygmy seahorse, is one of the smallest known seahorse species, measuring around 1.5 cm (0.6 inches) in length. It inhabits coral reefs in the western Pacific Ocean, particularly in association with gorgonian corals. This species is well-camouflaged, matching the color and texture of its coral host to avoid predators. Like other seahorses, H. denise exhibits male pregnancy, with males carrying the eggs in a brood pouch until they hatch. It is considered vulnerable due to habitat destruction and the impacts of climate change.
