Going back to happier days, I've uploaded quite a few sunset photos, from this place, but until now, no SUNRISE photos, so here are 3 in one day.
On a more pessimistic note, I went back to the doctor today, and even though my bone fractures are healing, I have serious ligament damage which requires my right leg to be non weight bearing for 4 more WEEKS! This means I will miss the foliage season entirely this year, and be stuck in a wheelchair for another month :-(((
2 more panoramics before returning to single frame uploads. Gornergrat, Zermatt, Switzerland, after sunset, it was a bit cold of course, but it was also like being in heaven.

Ah, the enchanting Isola Bella! It's a small island in Lago Maggiore, Italy, and part of the Borromean Islands. The island is famous for its stunning Palazzo Borromeo, a baroque palace surrounded by terraced gardens that seem to float on the water. The gardens are a masterpiece of Italian landscaping, featuring rare plants, statues, and even peacocks roaming freely.
