Finally got the damn balloon out of a tree thanks to my buddy Nate and my Dad's crack archery shooting! The pictures coming out look amazing!
Congrats to my 2016 senior class for successfully building and launching this project!

The history in Rome is overwhelming. I wish their was time for the 4 hour tour of the Colosseum and surrounding areas. Our schedule was hectic coming from the Vatican and walking around trying food and capturing shots in the area. I would want to go back for more Rome history and spend a couple nights there for magnificent twilight shots.

One of the last shots before the GoPro kicked out on the balloon. I think next time secondary battery is necessary. My guess is cold/lack of use on this unit led to it failing far sooner than it should have.

Sunrise on top of Blue Mountain in Jamaica. It's the countries tallest mountain and serves as a large area for farmers to grow coffee.
Eva launching off the end of the dock.
I love summer, especially when it's warm weather and we're at the cabin. Eva agrees.
Hanauma Bay in Hawaii. It is a tourist area but its still cool and i would recommend it.
Thank you for the support and getting this on Explore!

This is a shot from the high altitude balloon we launched in my class last year. We're planning another one this Spring, hopefully the camera stays on the whole time (no tree landings please)...
From left to right you can see the Finger Lakes of upstate New York - Otisco, Skaneateles, Owasco, Cayuga, and the bottom part of Seneca on the far right.
