NAVY NUKE POWER SCHOOL GRADUATION ~ i love the repetition in this shot, and the officer looking so relaxed as the graduates stand at attention for this momentous occasion. they have just been through 7 mos. of intense schooling, and are so ready to be done with it. not everyone made the cut, and there were a lot of tears the day the exam scores were released. it was one crazy week, and 7 relentless, mind numbing mos. to get to this point, so the excitement in the air was palpable. (Project Autobiography, i cheated a little bit, this was taken a while back, but is a very important part of my life, so wanted to share it, it is one of my faves: )
St. James Episcopal Church, also known as the Goose Creek Church, is in Goose Creek, South Carolina (near Charleston). It was built in the 1710's.
It is one of the few surviving early Georgian chapels in the US.
