Good morning! It's amazing what a couple of days off can do to one's mood. People always ask how I lost 40 lbs. I think one of the biggest factor was switching my cereal to ones with high fiber content. My favorite one so far is Barbara's Shredded Oats from Trader Joe's. It's lightly sweetened and crunchy.

Children at this age no nothing of hatred, intolerance, bigotry, etc. They know only discovery of things new and different. This photo was taken a few years ago, she is in school now and probably witnessing those things she does not understand, let's pray she finds goodness in all she learns and carries decent values as she grows. We had freezing rain a few days back and I braved the cold weather to take a few snaps. I was intrigued by this bundle of buds and the way the ice had coated them. Rain usually freezes less uniformly and I thought it was quite cool (though not very colorful!).

Many thanks for all your kind wishes on my wedding shoot for my niece last Friday, I was very nervous to get it right for her, but looking at the images on the whole I think I did alright and am pleased with what I did, when I have finished editing the 850 I whittled down to then I will show some of them .

A marmite shot of the sun going down this evening behind Swansea's Guildhall. Not quite the shot I envisaged because by the time my little legs got me to this point of the beach, the tide was coming in fast and furiously and I'd have got soaked squatting down to capture the sun at the top of it.

This year I have 5 hanging baskets with strawberries... Buster gets so happy when we pick one and share... and I covered them all with netting... so the birds won't be sharing!!
