With the Spring blooming, I wanted to create a relaxed and fresh room, with the feel of someone living it, but not over cluttering it, me that tend to put a lot of things everywhere, that's a challenge hahaha.
Scarlet Creative's new skybox released this weekend is so cute! with its blue walls and coloured glass, is, in my opinion, the perfect place for this styling. Apple Fall's mainstore release the Cooper Bedroom Suite comes in some gorgeous colours, I was between the olive green and this pacífico blue, I had to go for the second. Granola's flower vases released at Bloom, is a lovely feminist add on ;) and then we have this Boho set by Thor now at Anthem and the delicious food by Lucas Lameth and Andika, healthy and yummy!

On EXPLORE
From November to December it is the season of sunflower blooming. Not far from Bangkok, there is lots of sunflower fields blooming alomst the same time.
Driving and expecting so we found the first sunflower field was so beautiful and stunning with cheerful yellow field, mountain background and lively elephants and people.
As blooming time is not long so it is golden time too. Those elephants added so much the joy in the field. They walk happily in the field. Thai people are familiar with elephant.
The elephant I sat on is 20 years old female elephant called "ลมโชย" or "Breezing Wind". She walked and stopped here and there several times to grasp grass for eating. We was happy as she was happy walking carrying three of us and one owner of hers. We fed her with sugarcane some minutes before we decided to have elephant walk with her. So she may remembered us. The owner didn't push her to walk faster though he could earn more money. I asked why and the owner said let her be happy.. and I was so happy to hear that, otherwise I could pay more for more time.
It was bright day, sunny with cloud shadow so the weather was all day comfortable.
I heard happy talks and saw happy smiles all around in those happy colors of flowery field.. Just another one fine day.

There is a small road withiin the field so people and elephant could walk without flattening the flowers..There is a temporary tower using as platform for elephant onbard : )))) so we can took location like this but Ithis shot actually took when I was sitting on elephant.. when she walked the world just incline in each step so photo comes like that...

Waking up early at hotel, at Hua Huin beach in the south of Thailand, opening curtain to find fantastic sunrise..from high elevation I felt another world for a while.
Over the sea, on the Gulf of Thailand, monsoon wind may rise up the cloud in November. While cold wind from China and hot and moisted monsoon wind from India Ocean were facing over the sea of Thailand.
Its season change from rainy season to winter as Thais call but just kinds of chilling temperature.
This added me little and simple happiness for morning to start a good day. And may I share this with you

Travel brochures always say that the Linn Cove Viaduct has amazing fall colors, and they are completely right. The views were amazing. Impossible to get a bad shot of this beauty. Sky was blue, blue, blue, and the sun was hitting the leaves perfectly. A beautiful fall day.
This viaduct was completed in 1987, and was the last portion of the Blue Ridge Parkway to be finished. It was created to minimized destruction of Grandfather Mountain; rather than going through the mountain, they built this bridge to go around it. The pieces were all cast and then lowered into place. Amazaing feat of ingenuity that saved these beautiful lands and habitats.

i had a tough night.
one last little insult sent my way out of the blue from a former friend i hadn't heard from in a couple of months
so consequently, i was lost in thoughts i hadn't let myself entertain in weeks.
then about an hour ago, i got a little ray of positive energy in the form of an email. it's from a website a good friend turned me onto. it sends you little messages once in awhile from "the universe". meant to inspire or motivate. sometimes they are general and rather silly.
but sometimes... well, this is the one i got this morning:
"It's not unreturned love, from a certain someone, that hurts. It's just that sometimes the "thing" you're focusing on, keeps you from feeling all the love that others are sending you."
and so, a bad night became a good morning.

I know a lot of people think of karma as a circle, but I think of it as more of a Mobius band or figure eight.
What you put out doesn't immediately come back to you (like in a circle), but instead goes out and then comes back around (in my humble opinion).

A view of Crabtree Falls, located a mere mile +-ish from the parking lot. The guideposts said the hike was "strenuous", which means "straight down and watch out for mud, tree roots, and slippery rocks." =)
The hike back, if you make the loop, is much more gradual (once you get out of the valley), and twice as long. Ant aptly put it that it felt more like 10 miles at the end. HA!
Totally worth it, though. The view at the falls was wonderful. Peaceful, yet lively with the rushing waters. About an 80 foot drop from the top of the falls. The light was just cresting the tops of the trees when we got to the bottom. The autumn colors look like a huge stained glass window. Beautiful.
