Out now at C88:
I suffer from osteoarthritis, especially in my knees, and this Wednesday I had my second total knee replacement this year. My right knee was done in April & I was done early enough to be sent home the same day. This time I had to remain overnight. Post surgery nurse had a great sense of humor & when he helped me into my room I didn't have my glasses with me & I pointed out that the sign looked like it said "chocolate" when it said "ambulate". He left me, returned immediately with a marker & changed "ambulate" to "chocolate". Then he changed "void" on the next line to "wine". Needless to say I had a good laugh. I will be moving slowly for a while, but have taken some photos earlier this month to get by for a while. I will be back to checking out your lovely shots a bit at a time! Cheers!😍😍😍
Between the snow, ice and mist we've had over the past couple of weeks I've really digging minimalist images like this one.
i've been trying a lot of new stuff lately
being inspired by new people
it amazes me everyday how much i have yet to learn
edit: i wrote that about photography, and then realized it pertains to just my life as well.
hah
No matter how many goals you have achieved, you must set your sights on a higher one.

Even with that old face, i can still work toward the goal of making my body look like this at least.

Although the players didn't seem quite as enthusiast as me when they scored.
Thanks for visiting.

I set a goal to walk 7,000,000 steps in 2018 and just surpassed that goal with days to spare. I set the goal because I knew it would get me moving, and if I was out walking, I would lose weight and get healthy. That happened.
For me, I had to change my focus, where I wasn’t focused on the scale, but on the steps. Whenever I’d focus on the scale it just created all the wrong outputs and I stayed stuck where I was. Sure I still wanted to lose weight and get healthy, but to do it I had to do things differently to get different results.
So, for 2019, I’m adding goals and changing my focus again… always be re-inventing the game!

[Siepe Da Goal > 目标围栏 > Цель Забор > ゴールフェンス]
Location: Campogalliano (Modena - Italy).
Subject: This is a public, municipal soccer pitch. That said, this goal area is also one of the most bizarre things I have ever seen. If this is the planned outcome, it would have been easier and cheaper to directly sketch posts and crossbars on the fence, using paint or ribbons. As you can see, the goal posts do not even match the fence posts.
