What could be more gluttonous than a bacon cheeseburger, bag of chips, 6 pack of Shiner Bock and an ice cream sundae? I'm too full to find out.

I started my new 365 day self portrait project with a theme involving The Seven Deadly Sins. Today is Gluttony. Derived from the Latin gluttire, meaning to gulp down or swallow, gluttony is the over-indulgence and over-consumption of food, drink, or intoxicants to the point of waste.

To me, gluttony is in many ways a secretive sin: people don't want others to know when they've eaten more than they should have, taken more than their fair share, indulged in an addiction... Often they try to hide it with by making excuses, exercising, binge eating, lying, etc.
