This magnificent 20,000-square-foot mansion was built in 1899-1901 for self-made millionaire and Senator George Taylor Fulford I (1852-1905) and his family. The house was designed by noted American architect Albert W. Fuller, with landscaping design by the prestigious Olmsted Brothers firm.
Fulford Place and its collection were donated to the Ontario Heritage Trust by the Fulford family in 1991. Many items from the family’s collection are exhibited in the house just as they were over 100 years ago. The sun sets over the National Basilica of the Sacred Heart, aka Koekelberg Basilica, a church built from 1905 till 1969 in Koekelberg, one of the 19 municipalities of Brussels (Belgium).
Taken from the 34th floor of the Brusilia Residence, 4.4 km away (nearly 3 miles).

We spent a rainy Saturday afternoon playing photo studio!
Over the course of 100 photos and half a pound of chicken ingested, Tidda zeroed in on what it was that I wanted and totally GAVE me this gaze into the camera! She held that gaze for long luxurious seconds and this was photo number 99.
Looking through archives finding Mt.St. Helens with all his charisma on a sunrise morning from our backyard hill.
In AWE of mother nature and all her wondrous beauty! And the recovery of Mt. St. Helens burst in 1980. Which I witnessed that horrific morning.
