Scouts of the USA CEO Anna Maria Chávez presented the Keynote Address focusing on the challenges facing girls today and the need for gender-balanced leadership across all sectors of society.
Daria Kozorez, champion boxer and entrepreneur, brings her passion for the ring to a new gym, empowering girls and young people to fly like butterflies and find peace of mind through sport. Daria has won several medals in her career, including a gold medal from the European Boxing Championship and a silver medal from the World Youth Boxing Championship. She trains for at least four hours a day, and her love for boxing has inspired her to open a modern boxing gym with the support of the European Union's Confidence Building Measures Programme, implemented by UNDP. Daria's gym will offer training for children, teenagers, and anyone who wants to improve their stamina and physical energy.

The eight-acre school farm supplements the vegetables and grains and the dairy products from buffaloes in the schoolyard provide for the girls’ dietary needs.
