For Macro Mondays: wrapping
Weāre very into reusable bags and containers for/as wrapping alternatives. . The idea here is that the giver puts a gift card in this container and the recipient then has to dig through the slime to get the card!! How fun is that for some kid?
The very pretty and sparkly navy blue Galaxy Slime is all gone because the jar leaked, but I kept the six-sided die that was inside, at the bottom. Love that one if the sides was HMMā¦. Will put a collage up later of the six sides, including the one that will likely be my MM posting for 12/12
Btb, this circular cover is just a tad under two and a half inches in diameter. Size verification tomorrow, if needed.

Steve, aka duyirish is making a little girl very happy on Thanksgiving Day. Thanks to his idea, and many, many wonderful people, my niece Jaynie will be receiving a computer. I asked Steve a few months ago is he would help me do something for Down Syndrome Awareness month in honor of my niece. I never thought in a hundred years that Jaynie would receive anything this grand. I was just hoping to raise some money for the Buddy Walk. My sister Amy and her husband Jason have four kids. Emily is 10, Allie is 9, Jaynie is 7 and Ty is 2. They don't own a computer. Jaynie uses the computer at school. She can't speak that well. A few words are very clear, but most of the time, you can't understand her. But she is able to use a computer. Thanks to the kindness of so many of you, she will now have one in her home to use whenever she wants. It's hard, these days, to imagine life without a computer. I am just so grateful that something like this is happening for my family. A black cloud has been floating over our heads for many years now. It seems the clouds are starting to break. Finally.

Hello everyone! I hope you are all enjoying your Saturday so far! We have been so busy with client projects over the last month, I completely forgot to upload all of the amazing photos of our last three projects, taken by the amazing Sean. To kick off the posting spree that I will be doing over the next couple of weeks, I will be sharing today the first set of photos of an interior design project that The Design Firm has recently completed for our clients, Louis & Jaxon. If I am being honest, I could not have asked for a better set of clients than these two. They both had an appreciation for the work that The Design Firm does, and essentially gave us free reign to do what we see fit with their home (A DESIGNER'S DREAM) We agreed on a neutral colour palette which compliments their home perfectly, while making it feel as luxe yet livable as possible.
In this first set of photos, I opted to showcase the homes three bedrooms and two bathrooms, as they ended up being my absolute favourite spaces throughout the home. They felt so warm yet so luxe, almost like a suite at the St Regis (my go to hotel here in Toronto! If you havenāt been, GO NOW and thank me later) I kept with the theme in the bathrooms as well, using ample amounts of stone, which have a warmer undertone, helping to bring warmth into the space while maintaining the overall luxurious feel.
As Iāve mentioned in the posts of our last couple of projects, we have created a new FB page for The Design Firm (DesignFirmSL) Please go give this new page a like! Lastly, I always recommend viewing my photos in full screen mode when able! This allows you to see the true depth and detail of the spaces that my colleagues and I create for our clients.

Had a piece of pale blue paper and made a little scrapling. I stamped the kimono and fan on some blue and white striped paper in red and cut out. Highlighted the flowers in pink and dabbed with red stickles. Surprised me how super it turned out.
