I’m fascinated with the ghost pipes that I found growing in my garden. If you look closely you’ll see that they’re actually white flowers on white stalks. Very unusual. I also love their name😌

Untoned and unframed.
HPR really is a great paper for all alternative processes, sharp details (3D feeling, hard to reproduce with scanning) and great colour rendering.
Pouring Hydrochloric Acid (HCl) on Sodium Bicarbonate is fun, that's how the ghosts were created!

Hiking to the top of Chimney Rock Mesa, I stopped at this bend in the trail to take in this view of Chimney Rock. Ghost Ranch has extraordinary views in every direction. Georgia O'Keeffe spent many years at Ghost Ranch where she created some of her most famous work.

I have been working with this male Northern Harrier all winter long. He has set up a well defined hunting territory over farmland in Central, New Jersey. He patrols the territory like a cop on a beat, and is not afraid of the people who frequent this location for recreation. Until this season, I had maybe one decent image of a Grey Ghost. Now, I have more than you can shake a stick at! I like the color contrast in this image as it makes the bird pop. The color scheme also gives a brooding/menacing feel to the image.
