Not alone this morning. At least a dozen of us all waiting with cameras on tripods for the dawn, only for a blanket of cloud to frustrate us. Just a glimmer instead. Coastguards Cottages at Cuckmere Haven, East Sussex.
A sculpture by the entrance of the '3rd Tunnel' in the South Korean DMZ. It represents the reunification of South & North Korea.
We went down the tunnel although photography was not permitted. It's a 1.7km walk, first down a steep slope and then with a low roof (helmets provided) to eventually look through windows in concrete barriers into the north. The tunnels were discovered in 1978 and were to enable North Korea to invade The South. Ironically, the hard work of the potential invaders is now a big tourist draw for visitors to the DMZ including a gift shop.
One of the windmills on the South Downs near Brighton called Jack & Jill. Jack is not nearly so well preserved and surrounded by deep foliage thus hard to photograph clode up.

Stoke Newington, Hackney, London. Originally The Apollo Picture House built in 1913 it went through various name changes and closed as a cinema in 1983. It was bought by the UK Turkish Islamic Association and, eventually, converted into a mosque, restaurant, butchers shop and school. It is unique in that services are conducted in Turkish as opposed to the usual Arabic or English.
Edited copies in camera to highlight colours and merged in Corel Paintshop. Taken with Nikon D5500 and Sigma 17-70mm f2.8-4 lens.

West Sussex, UK. Up this path is the famous tree tunnel but better later in the year when the trees are in full leaf. Continues to the windmill on top of the downs.

One of those white dots in the sky with a vapour trail. Used the Sigma 150-600 C and still had to crop heavily.
Mudlarks on an exposed beach as the tide drops at London Bridge. The high tide mark can be seen by the green area of the embankment wall. Anyone can access these areas at low tide but the mudlarks must obtain a licence in order to dig for ancient relics.
