Test load from my iphone using Flickit.
Thats my hipster PDA, to-do list, whatever you call it.
It become my rough-boo, where i just paint all rubbish on it... and of coz, i m using recycle paper. After the damage, i will keep those pages which i think its useful to me, and discard the rest. Supply for this notebook is endless... just pop by any office, and ask them to donate some recycle paper to you, and this book just keep going.
notes taken on back of my business card (I'm leaving this job, and want to reuse these somehow). inspired by Hipster PDA Nano concept. will upload to Evernote to complete the "external memory" loop. clipped 1 doz of my business cards with small binder clip as my hPDA Nano - thought it might be too small a device, but appreciated the constraint once I was taking notes.
used my LAMY roller ball for these. photo taken with my Samsung a717 sent to flickr via AT&T SMS service, used Evernote's Webclip tool via Firefox to capture to my notebook in Evernote - slick concept, but 1st time was cumbersome, especially since I type ~90 wpm... might skip the photo-scan next time and just enter data.

What is the ideal co-founding team structure?
Any team or successful team? The simple answer would be "smart" and "get things done". But look beneath and there's a whole lot of things to look for ...
'... if you have more than 2 people how to avoid the pitfalls of bickering, politics etc ... to basically (NOT) elect (AN) A$@hole ?'
Unfortunately you cannot change human nature. Successful traits can have negative outcomes. There's a term for a successful attitude. It's called "the mongrel factor" and it applies to top athletes as well as entrepreneurs. No hurdle is going to get in the way of success at personal and interpersonal cost. It's could almost be classed psychopathic.
It can be pretty divisive. These same qualities within a group that can propel a company forward from idea to prototype to commercialisation can be internalised if a perceived stumbling block within the team.
within each team there will be a leader (see alpha geeks ~ tinyurl.com/155i) and there will be followers. It's how this power arrangement plays out that causes much friction. Understanding these basic parameters I'd be looking for individuals with
- competance
- hard work
- drive, enthusiasm
- humility
- good sense of humour
- ability to be flexible
- lack of contempt, arrogance and ego
Think Woz not Jobs, Herman not Tuzman, hmm I'd have to think about Gates and Steve. The dilemma with this approach though is would there be an Apple without Jobs, a Microsoft without Gates, a JumpTV without Tuzman?

AmeriCorps NCCC team, Maple 40, from the North Central Region campus in Vinton, IA served with Habitat for Humanity-Kent County in Grand Rapids, Michigan on their last project. During their six week project, Maple 40 assisted in all phases of home construction including new construction and homes undergoing rehabilitation. In addition, one day a week they served at Salvation Army Camp Little Pine Island, where they primarily focused on the removal and deconstruction of 159 wooden bunk beds and their replacement with metal units. #GetThingsDone #Bethegreatergood #JoinAmeriCorpsNCCC

Oak 6 from the AmeriCorps NCCC North Central Region campus were recently in Indianapolis where they served with the Indiana State Fair Foundation. During their project, Oak 6 accomplished many things, including presenting to over 1,200 students from Pre-K to 3rd grade. The team taught the children at a variety of stations, such as planting in the greenhouse and making their own pizzas at Normandy barn. In each of the five stations, the children learned from the lesson plan “Farm to Pizza,” which focuses on how food from farms gets to their table. Additionally, the team assisted in building livestock enclosures, which will be used during the Indiana State Fair this summer to show animals all 17 days so that children may see and learn about animals. “The overall experience of this project was amazing. We learned so much about the processes of where food and produces come from and how it ultimately is consumed,” says member, Ashley Schachter. #GetThingsDone #BeTheGreaterGood #JoinAmeriCorpsNCCC
