THE BEST BOOTCAMP. Why? Because the trainer is amazing and it’s at my favorite place in raleigh, Lake Lynn. I signed up 2 years ago after noticing @trainermelissarouse leading a bootcamp and it’s still a regular part of my routine, working out with her 3x a week. I can’t talk highly enough about her as a trainer and as a person! Her workouts are HARD but she meets you where you are physically, no matter where that is! This #girlboss of Flyaway Fitness values strong, healthy bodies that take time and persistence and she’s encouraging and challenging you every step of the way! The view of the lake is always a plus when you’ve done one too many burpees, and are thinking about how slurpees are infinitely better than burpees.
