Finished 2006. I did this one while Fred was hiding behind the sofa. My first, and probably only, computer-generated chart. I really don't like it very much - the colours don't blend very well and it's very bitty.

April 27, 2022 - Craig and I generating electricity on the tandem bicycle at the the German pavilion. At the Floriade Expo 2022 which ran from April 14 to October 9 2022. The main reason I booked this Dutch Waterways Cruise was to attend this International Horticultural Exhibition which is held every ten years.
"This years Expo is located in Almere, Netherlands.From 14 April to 9 October 2022, Almere was the stage for the world horticultural exhibition Floriade Expo 2022. Together with national and international partners, Dutch horticulture presented innovations and solutions for sustainable and liveable cities. The 60-hectare site featured the theme “Growing Green Cities”. The Expo has now officially closed; the Floriade site is now being further developed into the new green city district Hortus." A controversial coal-fired power plant, Navajo Generating Station was built after the powers that be decided not to dam the Grand Canyon and fill it up with water for hydroelectric power. A good decision, but of course the trade-off is air pollution. Sigh.
