I'm beyond excited I was able to get my hands on these two outrageously cute Mario fabrics. The @joann_stores by me is moving in November so they haven't gotten anything new since JULY. 😕 I found this at another store an hour away and got enough for the #videogamecraftswap and enough for me to hoard for myself. #supermariobros #mariobros #nintendo #geekfabric

aeonflux40: I know that feeling. I had to drive an hour away and pass by TWO JoAnn stores to get to one that had these. Glad you finally got some !!

justjoshinkids: @aeonflux40 I was tempted to buy it all but I prefer to only buy licensed stuff when it's 40% off or more. This was only 25%. 😫 they had a bunch of new awesome Star Wars force awakens fabric too that my nearby Joann doesn't have but I resisted.

lilmunchkinbutt: I was lucky and got it at my local joanns. They must have just opened the bolts. Did you see the 8 bit DK fabric?

Created for Fabric8 2013. A computer circuit board, a daisy (to represent the first song a computer ever sang - "Daisy Bell"), and a bug in the system.

Part of the design was painted in watercolours.

The circuit board was designed by hand, as was the original design. Then I made it into a fabric pattern.

The insect is a wasp moth.
