A small flock of Mallards (Anas platyrhychos) coming in for a landing in the Corn stubble field.

These birds arrived about an hour after the harvesting machines were finished.

I wonder who told them!

Pretty tiny for the end of June...

I found this piece of machinery quietly rusting away in a field along the Alaska Highway. I wonder what it was used for ...

The contraption on the back of the scooter allows the rider to load, strap down and transport large and heavy loads. Somewhere in Siem Reap Province, Cambodia.
