I'm still running around like a chicken this holiday week. Won't have much flickr time til my clients come back after New Years.
This classic element fits in any type of garden, creating a luxurious, stylish and romantic setting - perfect for those spring, summer or autumn days. Fitted with single sit animations and some romantic surprises.
The Riverdale Gazebo goes on sale at Fameshed in the April round.
One of the many gardens we visited at Callaway Gardens was the Callaway Brothers Azalea Bowl. It is a 40-acre area with wide walking paths that crisscross hillside gardens which are home to more than 3,000 native and hybrid azaleas, which explode into a colorful array of pinks, reds, lavenders and whites each Spring. But there are also plenty of trees and shrubs that provide a variety of foliage and blooms throughout the year.
At the entrance to "The Bowl" there is gazebo, seen here, which overlooks Falls Creek Lake. There are huge, melodic wind chimes hanging from each corner and when the wind picked up the sound was almost magical as they rang out through the surrounding woods.
The azaleas were the main reason we visited Callaway this spring but alas we were too late and missed the peak blooming time but there were still enough blooming here and there to make us want to try go earlier in the season next time.

This Gazebo sits in Colbys walled garden. Starting life as a kitchen garden, the walled garden was actually semi-derelict by the 1970s. It was transformed into a formal setting by Mr and Mrs Scourfield-Lewis, who took on Colby Lodge (the on-site house) and the walled garden in the 1980s. This National trust site is well worth a visit

This is supposed to be the best viewpoint to admire the sunrise in São Miguel (municipality of Nordeste) - hence the name "Ponta da Madrugada" (something like "Dawn Headland" or "Dawn Point").
I've already told you about how the weather changes very fast on these islands. Only a few minutes before I took this photo I spent a while under that gazebo because it was raining quite heavily – luckily, the resident cats were there with me... along with a few other more or less soaked tourists :)

How's that for an original title? I thought so. This is an hdr from five exposures I took at one of those classic 1950's motels in Pennsylvania

Wanted to do something artistic to hurry spring to Wisconsin. This gazebo from park in Prairie du Chien. Great place to visit during Father's Day weekend for their Annual Prairie Villa Rendezvous. Enjoy and Happy and Holy Easter to all.
This is the 4th in my Illuminated Watercolor Series. Lots of fun to do these. Very calming process that takes allows my mind to clear for a while. So this is my therapy.
Have a terrific Tuesday.
