Son zamanlarda portföy optimizasyonu ve borçlarını bankalarla yeniden yapılandırma haberleriyle gündeme gelen Doğuş Grubu, İzmir’de Üçkuyular’da inşaatı süren İstinye Park’taki hisselerini ortağı Orjin Gruba devrederek bu yatırımdan ayrıldı. İstanbul İstinye Park’ta ise satışın söz konusu olmadığı belirtiliyor.
DOĞUŞ Grubu Türkiye’nin önemli gruplarından biri. Ayhan Şahenk’in 67 yıl önce kurduğu grup, inşaat sektörü ile başladı bugün çok farklı alanlarda faaliyet gösteren 7 sektörde 300 şirkete, 35 bin çalışana sahip. Son günlerde grupla ilgili bazı gelişmeler yaşanıyor. Yönetim kademesinde değişimler, borçları ve yönetimi yeniden yapılanma çalışmaları göze çarpıyor. İstinye Park markalar sokağıyla da üst gelir grubunun cazibe alanı. Doğuş Grubu’nun İstinye Park’taki hisse oranının yüzde 42 olduğu biliniyor.
İzmir İlinden Çıktı
Ancak aldığım bilgilere göre Doğuş Grubu çok başarılı olan İstanbul’daki ortaklığının hisselerini değil İzmir yatırımına ilişkin bu kararı almış. Hatta satış gerçekleşmiş. Yüzde 50 civarındaki hisseler diğer ortak Orjin Grubu’na devredilmiş bile. İzmir yatırımının geçmişi 2013 yılına uzanıyor. Doğuş ve Orjin Grup İstanbul İstinye Park başarılı olunca ve İzmir’den de yoğun talep gelince aynı modelde bir AVM’yi İzmir’de de açmaya karar vermişti.
Gökdelenleriyle alışveriş merkezleriyle “gelişerek” İstanbul’a benzeme kararlılığında olan İzmir’de yatırım için 2013 yılında start verildi. İzmir Üçkuyular’da davalı, itirazlı yani biraz maceralı bir süreçten sonra 340 bin metrekarelik bir arazide yatırım başladı. 300 mağazalı AVM ile 211 odalı otel inşaatı başladı.
