Mr Chiots and I and I always head over to my parent's house to take our niecces trick-or-treating. This year our oldest niece decided she was too old.
Bastrop County has the usual things you would expect to see in rural Texas, such as cows, horses, pigs, and goats. However, did you know that right outside of the City of Bastrop, in Cedar Creek, you can see a triceratops, a t-rex, a brachiosaurus, and 16 other dinosaurs, all life-size? Did you know that you can also go on a pre-historic scavenger hunt and dig for fossils? Well, you can thanks to the folks at The Dinosaur Park, Outdoor Museum Adventure located at 893 Union Chapel Road, Cedar Creek, TX, just off Hwy.71. Owned by Linda and Dan Nunez.
