Week 7 ran from August 8, 2011 Week until August 12, 2011 ! During week 7 basketball skill guru Irv Magill ran a clinic for our Senior Camp Basketball Club and our CIT basketball team. He stressed posture, balance, and advanced ball handling skills. Also, the CITs took a 3 day 2 night trip to the Poconos! We hope everyone enjoyed themselves! We have just one week left before camp ends! Let's make week 8 the best!

Week 8 beginning August 13, 2013 and ending August 16, 2013.
The eighth and final week of camp has come to a close. The last week of camp we saw wonderful performances including The Lion King, Aladdin, Gymnastics, Dance, and Karate. We wish each and every member of the Willow Grove Day Camp family a happy and healthy year and hope to see you in the summer of 2013.Thank you for another great season!!! The fourth week of camp was a none stop party!!!! It was great to have the families from groups 10, 28, 30, VC, 21, 22, and 23 at camp for visiting days! We always enjoy having everyone at camp! On Wednesday, July 18 the CITs went to Seaside Heights for some fun on the beach and boardwalk! Also, groups 8, 9, and senior girls had their Twilight parties! Not only did our campers have fun at camp but some of the groups went on trips. Our Jr. Camp Girls went to Chuck E. Cheese and the CITs went tubing. The week was topped off with Water worldNot only did our campers have fun playing but they also had some great food! On the menu for the week was some of childhood's favorite food: grilled cheese, tacos, turkey sandwiches, and PIZZA!

Week 5 beginning July 23, 2012 and ending July 27, 2012.
The fifth week of camp just ended and we cannot believe we are half way through the summer! This week our campers participated in WGDC's most anticipated event, WATER WORLD! Because of inclement weather we had to push it back a week but the long wait only made for a great experience! WGDC's Middle Camp and Willows put on a great show during our "Puttin on the hits" event. Get some rest this weekend because week 6 is going to be just as great as week 5!

The fifth week of camp just ended and we cannot believe we are half way through the summer! On Tuesday, Groups 30 and 31 took a trip to BOUNCE U. Wednesday the Jr. Boys went to Chuck E Cheese. The CITs participated in Super Day and had their twilight party. The Sr. Camp Boys also enjoyed their twilight party. Get some rest this weekend because week 6 is going to be just as great as week 5!

The sixth week of camp has come to an end and we have 2 weeks left! This past week of camp kicked off with "Puttin on the Hits" performed by our Jr. and Sr. groups! On Tuesday, the Willows and Jr. camp participated in Puppet Pizzazz! The CITs took a trip to Dave & Busters on Wednesday! We would like to congratulate everyone on a great and successful Color War. Both the Blue team (Superman) and the White team (Spiderman) did an amazing job. But in the end, Spiderman went webbing through the trees to beat Superman to the finish. All became friends and went on to have a great day! The sixth week of camp ended with the "All Camp Cookout & Dance Party". By the pictures you can tell we all had so much fun!

Willow Grove Day Camp embarked on their 57th year as one of the areas best and notable summer day camps around on June 27, 2011. With the first week complete there has been many memories made, friendships built, and not to mention endless fun!

Week 2 beginning July 1, 2013 and ending July 5, 2013 was yet another great week at WGDC.
The second week of camp saw a some rain and hot temperatures but this did not stop the campers from having a great time! When it was not raining, campers stayed cool by swimming in the many pools we have on campus! WGDC welcomed the 'Science Explorers' for a fun and interesting assembly. To celebrate the 4th of July, the whole camp participated in the "All Camp Cookout". Camp was closed on the 4th of July to commemorate the holiday. Camp resumed on Friday with more summer fun activities such as rowing, arts and crafts, and so much more!

Week 2 beginning July 2, 2012 and ending July 6, 2012 was yet another great week at WGDC.
The second week of camp saw a record breaking heat wave! Campers stayed cool by swimming in the many pools we have on campus! On July 3, the whole camp participated in the "All Camp Cookout" to celebrate the 4th of July. Pluto’s Echo’s performanced at Willow Grove Day Camp on Friday, July 6th! The band, comprised of 14 year olds from Doylestown, played songs ranging from The Beatles to Foster to the People, that had campers and staff members clapping and singing along with the tunes!

The seventh week of camp has ended and we have just one more week left of the 2012 camp season! We had a lot going on at camp this week! Our CITs had a wonderful 3 day trip to Virginia! Back home at camp, campers participated in bowling, archery, softball, and the seniors went to Dorney Park! The campers dressed in their craziest mixed-up clothes for the Carnival and Grove event! One more week to go! Let's make it a great one!

Week 3 beginning July 11, 2011 Week ending July 17, 2011 has come to an end! The summer is flying by but that did not stop our campers from having a great week!
The third week of camp was filled with more of our campers favorite summer activities! The campers at Willow Grove Day Camp participated in activities such as: swimming, softball, tennis, ceramics, tee ball, basketball and so much more! Not only did our campers have fun at camp but some of the groups went on trips. Our Jr. Camp Girls went to Chuck E. Cheese and the CITs went tubing. The week was topped off with Water worldNot only did our campers have fun playing but they also had some great food! On the menu for the week was some of childhood's favorite food: grilled cheese, tacos, turkey sandwiches, and PIZZA!

The eighth and final week of camp has come to a close. The last week of camp we saw wonderful performances including The Glee Club, Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, You’re A Good Man Charlie Brown, Dance, Gymnastics and Karate. Week 2 beginning July 1, 2013 and ending July 5, 2013 was yet another great week at WGDC.
The second week of camp saw a some rain and hot temperatures but this did not stop the campers from having a great time! When it was not raining, campers stayed cool by swimming in the many pools we have on campus! WGDC welcomed the 'Science Explorers' for a fun and interesting assembly. To celebrate the 4th of July, the whole camp participated in the "All Camp Cookout". Camp was closed on the 4th of July to commemorate the holiday. Camp resumed on Friday with more summer fun activities such as rowing, arts and crafts, and so much more!

Week three ended with a blast. It was very exciting to have all of our Willows family members join us for our visiting day. We hope you had as much fun as we did. The children really enjoyed the magic show. Also, the campers thoroughly had fun making delicious chocolate chip cookies in cooking.
We can’t believe that four wonderful weeks have flown by. Although the temperature rose and the rain fell, the fun and excitement continued. This week’s theme was “Wild, Wild, Willows.” The Tadpoles and Minnows created horseshoe picture frames. In Ceramics, the campers enjoyed making flip flops out of clay.
Picture day for The Willows was a huge success as the campers and staff had big smiles on their faces. Trick or Treat for Summer Sweets was really great. The campers looked marvelous in their costumes and proudly walked in the parade. The week ended with Waterworld. Everyone had fun driving bumper cars and climbing the obstacle course.

The fifth week of camp just ended and we cannot believe we are half way through the summer! On Tuesday, groups 10, 11, VC, DEBS, SC had their visiting day. On Wednesday, the Sr. Camp Boys enjoyed their twilight party. Groups 21,22,23 went to Bounce U and the CITs traveled to Seaside Heights. Get some rest this weekend because week 6 is going to be just as great as week 5!

Because of inclement weather we had to push it back a week but the long wait only made for a great experience! WGDC's Middle Camp and Willows put on a great show during our "Puttin on the hits" event. Get some rest this weekend because week 6 is going to be just as great as week 5!

Week 4 beginning July 16, 2011 Week ending July 22, 2011 was one for the record books! With extreme heat plaguing the city we were able to still have a fun filled week of summer activities!

The campers at Willow Grove Day Camp participated in activities such as: baseball, arts and crafts, swimming, miniature golf, ceramics, and so much more! This week our Middle Camps Boys and other groups were able to take time way from camp and go on a few trips. Some of our campers had the opportunity to go to a Trenton Thunder baseball game and bowling! Our week was wrapped up with a magic show on Friday! We hope everyone enjoyed their week!
